We stand by our work. If any structural defect arises due to our craftsmanship within the first ten years, we will repair or replace the element at no cost to you, ensuring lasting peace of mind.

  • Modifications or repairs attempted by unauthorized third-party contractors.

We reserve the right to assess all claims on-site to determine the appropriate restoration method for your custom piece.

For projects involving reclaimed timber, please note that character marks and variations are intentional features and part of the wood's storied history and unique architectural aesthetic.

Upon completion, clients receive a digital archive of technical drawings and a certificate of authenticity for their custom-built furniture or installation.
